I am a Volusia county native. I have been witness to many changes to this area and have worked and traveled in the adjoining counties as well as having family and friends living there. I feel I have an extraordinary knowledge of what Volusia county has to offer.

I have lived in Volusia County for 30 years and know what a wonderful place this is to live. I grew up in Ormond Beach and now live in DeLand with my husband and two children. West Volusia has many options for a home buyer.

My wife Susan and I were afforded the opportunity to move to the sunshine state in 2007. I successfully ran a family owned construction company in residential homes for 25 year.
